I’m a huge fan of this early Congolese music and have been listening to it for many years. This collection as well as the OK Jazz release on this label has just blown me away. Why? The sound quality is just superior to every other recording out there. It’s crisp and clear and sounds absolutely wonderful!! It’s the way I’ve always wished I could hear this music. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
